About Gabrielle Ciotti
Gabrielle Ciotti, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant who joined Main Line Fertility in October 2026. She received her Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology from the University of Pittsburgh and her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Penn State College of Medicine.
Prior to joining Main Line Fertility, Gabrielle practiced in Obstetrics and Gynecology where she cared for patients across many settings. During her time there, she earned a Certificate of Added Qualifications (CAQ) in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Through her work in women’s health, she developed a particular interest in reproductive endocrinology and fertility care.
At Main Line Fertility, Gabrielle enjoys getting to know her patients and working together with them to find solutions that work for their individual needs. She is passionate about advocating for her patients and making sure they feel supported throughout their care.
Outside of work, Gabrielle enjoys spending time with family and friends, running, discovering new podcasts, and training her puppy, Kenny.
