At Main Line Fertility, Pride Month is more than just a celebration, it’s a reflection of our year-round commitment to inclusive, affirming, and compassionate care for individuals and couples in the LGBTQ+ community. We know that every path to parenthood is deeply personal, and we’re here to support your journey, wherever it begins and wherever it leads.

Our care team is trained in inclusive and trauma-informed fertility care, creating a safe and welcoming environment for all patients, regardless of how they identify. From your first consultation to treatment and beyond, our goal is to meet you where you are—providing expert guidance, emotional support, and unwavering respect.

Whether you're pursuing IUI, IVF, Reciprocal IVF, or third-party reproduction involving egg donors, sperm donors, or gestational surrogates, our dedicated Third Party Reproduction team is here to walk with you every step of the way.

We also understand and celebrate the many unique ways LGBTQ+ families are formed—and that includes honoring your choices around who wants to be biologically or physically involved.

Some patients may choose to:

  • Use one or both partners’ sperm to fertilize donor eggs

  • Retrieve eggs from one or both partners and freeze or fertilize them

  • Take turns or plan for both partners with a uterus to carry pregnancies

  • Explore reciprocal IVF, where one partner provides the eggs and the other carries the pregnancy—allowing both to have a direct role in creating and nurturing their family

We serve patients from all across the greater Philadelphia area, including Bryn Mawr, Fort Washington, West Chester, Havertown, Reading, and Center City Philadelphia. No matter where you start, we’ll meet you with compassion, care, and pride.

This Pride Month and every month, Main Line Fertility is committed to helping you grow your family your way, while celebrating who you are.
