Effective January 1, 2005, our practice became a division of Women's Health Care Group of PA (WHCGPA). The group consists of fourteen Obstetric/Gynecology practice groups in the western suburbs of Philadelphia. The practice areas within the group include OB/GYN services, perinatal specialists and reproductive endocrinologists. The newly formed group consists of 44 physicians, 230+ employees and over 20 care delivery sites throughout the area.

The physicians of WHCGPA are committed to preserving access to the highest quality health care for women in the communities they serve. WHCGPA will be involved in medical education and in appropriate research activities to be on the cutting edge of practice in the field. In addition to making every effort to meet and surpass all quality indicators, Women's Health Care Group of PA is committed to improving risk management to reduce medical errors and to delivering only the highest quality care to our patients. The physicians of WHCGPA recognize the critical situation that currently exists for delivering health care in Pennsylvania and will work closely with hospitals and other institutions to continue to provide quality care. Women's Health Care Group of PA will also work to help stem the loss of doctors from the marketplace and to attract new physicians to these communities. The group will work with all levels of government and related agencies to improve the environment for the delivery of care.

While a corporate office has been established in Wayne, PA, the practices will continue to operate out of their existing locations. The physicians of our practice and all members of the WHCGPA strongly believe these changes are a positive direction so we will maintain the high standard of care we currently offer and also to provide even greater levels of service in the future through our collective group. Other than name and format changes on your bills and insurance forms, you will not experience any changes in your visits to our office.
