Clinical Research CoordinatorOur compassionate nurses are dedicated to providing patients with special attention and personalized care. Many of our nurses have over ten years of experience in the field of reproductive medicine. There is a family-like atmosphere at Main Line Fertility - the clinical team members genuinely care about their patients.
We have three teams of nurses at Main Line Fertility — the practice nurses (or doctors’ office), IVF monitoring nurses and IVF procedure nurses. In addition, we have nurses and medical specialists at our offices in Paoli and West Chester.

IVF Monitoring Team:
Peg Brown, RN, MSN, CRNP is the IVF monitoring team leader. She has been working in reproductive endocrinology and infertility since 1998 joining the Main Line Fertility team in June 2009. She has earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania. She is nationally certified as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) in Women’s Health Care. Peg’s goal is to educate each patient through their journey of IVF making sure that they are completely knowledgeable and comfortable with the care they are receiving. Peg’s previous experience includes GYN oncology, donor egg and third party reproduction, infertility work up and diagnostics, first trimester pregnancy evaluation, ovulation induction and reproductive research. Peg is an avid reader and also enjoys scrapbooking, yoga and zumba.
Kristin Kane, RN graduated from Hahnemann University. She previously worked in GYN Oncology, Labor and Delivery, Antepartum, Mother-Baby at Lankenau Hospital. Kristin joined Main Line Fertility in 1998.
Caron Hyman, RN, MSN, CRNP graduated from Hartwick College and the University of Pennsylvania. She is certified in Reproductive Endocrinology and Women’s Health Care. Caron previous work includes 20+ years of fertility and GYN experience. She joined the Main Line Fertility team in 2008.
Nina Mancini, MA attended Delaware County Community College and graduated from the Chubb Institute. She previously worked for Pulmonary Specialists and in a skilled nursing facility. Nina joined Main Line Fertility in 2008.
Michele Manley is currently studying Nursing at Delaware Community College, and she joined Main Line Fertility in 2011.
IVF Procedure Team
Patti Ahern, RN, BSN graduated from Newmann University. Her previous work includes General Surgery, Labor and Delivery and Antepartum at Lankenau Hospital. She joined Main Line Fertility in 1998.
Heather Fritsch, RMA graduated from Ultrasound Diagnostic School, and she previously worked at Quest Laboratories. Heather joined Main Line Fertility in 2007.
Terri Jamison, RN joined Main Line Fertility in January 2012 as the Director of the Donor Egg Program. She has over 25 years of experience in the field of infertility.
Sandy McLaughlin, RN, BSN graduated from Lankenau Hospital School of Nursing and Eastern University. She worked in Labor and Delivery at Lankenau Hospital. Sandy joined Main Line Fertility in 1999.
Renee Michels, RN, BSN, RNC attended Newmann College in Aston, PA for her BSN in Nursing. She worked for 27 years in Labor and Delivery at Lankenau Hospital in Wynnewood, and she was employed at the Birthplace at Riddle Memorial Hospital in Media, PA. Also, she worked in many private OB/GYN practices and fetal surveillance home care over the years. Renee joined Main Line Fertility in September 2005. In her spare time, she enjoys working on her farm house with her husband, making jewelry, traveling, and spending time with her family.
Leeanne Nestel, RN graduated from Harcum College and is currently attending Utica College. She also works in law enforcement. Leeanne joined Main Line Fertility in 2011.
Christina O’Brien, RN, BSN graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelors Degree in Nursing and a Minor in Psychology. She worked in Labor and Delivery at Lankenau Hopsital. Christina joined Main Line Fertility in 2011.
Karen Siravo, RN graduated from Northeastern Hospital School of Nursing. Her previous work included Critical Care, Dialysis and Post Anesthesia Care Unit. Karen joined Main Line Fertility in 2004.
Karen Spector, RN, BSN graduated from University of Delaware. Her previous experience includes working in the operating room, OB/GYN, visiting nurse for high risk pregnancies and newborns. Karen joined Main Line Fertility in 2001.
Anne Wendel, RN, BSN graduated from Bloomsburg University. She previously worked in Med Surgery, Industrial Nursing, Home Health, ICU and Cardiology. Anne joined Main Line Fertility in 1998.
Clinical Research Coordinator
Eileen Davies recently joined Main Line Fertility Center as our Clinical Research Coordinator. She has over 25 years of clinical and research experience in the reproductive endocrinology and infertility field. After studying Speech Communication at The Pennsylvania State University, Eileen began working for a large infertility practice where she contributed to the ovulation induction, in vitro fertilization, and the donor egg programs. Eileen later began coordinating clinical research trials and has been credited with completing numerous Phase II and Phase III FDA clinical trials in the assisted reproductive technology (ART) field. Over the years, she has co-authored over 15 scientific publications. She is a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (A.S.R.M.). Eileen was born, raised, and currently resides in center city Philadelphia.
